2024年8月27日～8月28日上陸予定の台風10号に関してのお知らせ

平素はクインテッサホテル大阪心斎橋 Comic & Booksをご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。
2024年8月27日～8月28日に台風10号がに上陸の天気予報が出ております。
公共交通機関の運行見合わせや飲食店などその他店舗も休業が予想されます。
また、清掃人員に不足が発生する見込みでございます。
2023年8月28日の滞在中の客室清掃につきましてはベッドメイクを行いません。タオル類をお部屋前に置かせていただきます。
不要リネンおよびゴミにつきましては清掃スタッフが回収致しますので13：00までに客室前の廊下にお出しいただきますようお願い申し上げます。
この度はお客様にご不便とご迷惑をおかけすることとなり、
大変申し訳ございません。
ご理解とご協力の程、何卒お願い申し上げます。

Typhoon No. 10 is forecast to make landfall on August 27 to 28, 2024.
Public transportation is expected to be suspended and restaurants and other stores will be closed.
In addition, there will be a shortage of cleaning staff.
We will not be making beds for room cleaning during your stay on August 28, 2023. Towels will be left in front of your room.
Unnecessary linens and garbage will be collected by our cleaning staff and should be placed in the hallway in front of your room by 13:00.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
